Workitwell supports individuals and businesses to manage stressors and enhance their mental fitness through facilitation of pro-active workplace wellbeing programmes, workshops and 1:1 mental health therapy. Workitwell also provides supportive and transformative Professional Supervision services. Lana is a member of the NZ Association of Occupational Therapists and is committed to regular supervision to maintain exceptional practice.
Workitwell is based in Cromwell and covers all of Central Otago. Workitwell is registered with OCP and Given Well (Employee Assistance Programmes) and a provider for the Cancer Society and Otago Rural Support Trust. You may be eligible for funded therapy sessions via these avenues.
