This workshop is specifically tailored to workplaces who are at high risk of staff experiencing burnout. The workshop is delivered by experienced health professionals who understand the realities of burnout and how to prevent it.
This workshop will help your Employees to:

Identify unique organisational factors that may contribute to staff burnout and identify preventative strategies e.g. workload distribution, enhancing relationships and feedback.

Burnout Prevention

The ability to harness our attention has fast become one of our biggest assets in the modern world. Finding our Focus is an interactive wellbeing workshop designed to help participants discover how to stay focused on what is most important, be more productive and enhance quality of life.
Through activities, discussions and reflection, this workshop will help employees and organisations to:

Finding Your Focus

There is mounting evidence on the link between poor sleep and work performance; a significant number of people in New Zealand do not get adequate sleep quantity or quality. This sleep workshop is a great way to increase productivity, improve concentration and boost overall wellbeing.

This workshop will provide your employees with the skills and knowledge they need to get a better night's sleep and make the most of their day.

It will cover topics such as how to create a sleep-friendly environment, the importance of a consistent sleep-wake cycle and simple daily habits to support sleep.
